AI-Assisted Fault Diagnosis
- Introduced AI fault analysis engine that correlates device telemetry to suggest probable root causes for projector and PDU outages.
- Added natural-language alert summaries: technicians now receive plain-English explanations alongside raw metrics.
- New 'Smart Grouping' feature automatically clusters related alerts from the same rack or venue zone to reduce noise.
- Expanded anomaly detection models with venue-specific baselines trained per equipment type.
- Added GPT-powered runbook suggestions linked directly from the alert detail panel.
Advanced PDU Monitoring
- Full per-outlet power metering for supported PDU models, tracking wattage, amperage, and voltage at the circuit level.
- Added PDU load-balance dashboard showing real-time draw across all outlets in a rack.
- New threshold alert types: over-current, under-voltage, and power-factor deviation.
- Introduced PDU firmware version tracking with automated alerts when units fall behind the recommended baseline.
- Historical power consumption reports now exportable as CSV or PDF for venue energy audits.
Multi-Venue Dashboard
- Brand new fleet view: monitor all venues in a single dashboard with live status tiles per location.
- Added venue health score, a composite metric that rolls up device uptime, recent incidents, and open alerts.
- Cross-venue comparison charts for projector lamp hours, PDU load, and TMS latency.
- Introduced venue groups for circuit operators managing multiple sites under a single organisation.
- Role-based visibility controls now allow venue-level admins to see only their assigned sites.
Alert Reliability & Performance
- Reduced average alert delivery latency from 8 s to under 2 s across all notification channels.
- Fixed a race condition that could cause duplicate PagerDuty incidents on rapid device reconnect events.
- Improved Slack message formatting: alerts now include device photo thumbnails and direct dashboard links.
- Webhook retry logic now uses exponential back-off with jitter, reducing load on customer endpoints during incidents.
TMS & Automation System Support
- Added native monitoring support for Christie Interop, Barco Alchemy, and QSC Q-SYS automation systems.
- TMS health checks now verify scheduler connectivity, KDM validity windows, and playlist sync status.
- Automation system monitoring tracks curtain, masking, and lighting controller heartbeat and response times.
- Introduced 'Show Readiness' status: a pre-show checklist that confirms all critical devices are online 30 minutes before a scheduled performance.
- New TMS audit log view surfaces changes to schedules and show configurations for compliance tracking.
Improved Onboarding & Device Discovery
- Rebuilt the first-run setup wizard. New venues can complete device discovery and alert configuration in under 5 minutes.
- Auto-detection now identifies projector model and serial number via SNMP and populates device profiles automatically.
- Added bulk CSV import for large deployments with 50+ devices across multiple screens.
- Improved scan reliability on segmented venue networks. Theatre Intelligence now handles VLAN-separated AV and IT subnets without additional configuration.
